  •  At the initial exam, Dr. G will review your intake forms, history, and complete a thorough examination and orthopedic assessment. Following the exam, you will receive your first treatment to start the healing process and get you on your way to feeling better. At your first follow up, Dr. G will review a comprehensive and all-inclusivetreatment plan to help you feel better as quickly, and in as few visits as possible. These follow up visits may include a combination of any of the following:

    • Chiropractic Manipulative Therapy

    • Soft Tissue Mobilization / Muscle Release Therapy

    • Dynamic or Static Cupping

    • Kinesiology Taping

    • Therapeutic Exercises

    • Functional Nutritional / Lifestyle Counseling

    • Ergonomic Evaluation

    We believe that health is holistic, and we must address the muscles, joints, biomechanics, and lifestyle factors in order to get to the root of the issue and create sustainable, long-lasting improvement.

  • Short answer, no.

    Long answer: We are considered an out-of-network provider. Our treatments are driven by what the doctor deems best for you, not what insurance companies dictate is best for you. If we took insurance, we would have to sacrifice this quality of care.

    If your insurance company accepts out-of-network providers, you can absolutely request a Superbill to submit for reimbursement. You are responsible for asking our office for a Superbill and providing it to your insurance company for reimbursement.

    We accept all FSA/HSA accounts and all major credit cards for payment.

  • We ask for 24-hours' notice for any cancellations.

    If cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment time, we'll charge 50% of the price of the session to the card on file. If a session is “no-showed” without notice via call, text, email, or online cancellation, the full appointment price will be charged. 

    If you're sick, or if there are other extenuating circumstances, please contact us ASAP! We charge a fee because this time is reserved on the schedule for YOU and only you, but we do understand that life happens.

  • Yes, there are 3 reserved spots for patients/clients of the Suite Life Building. If those are unavailable, there is ample free, untimed street parking available on La Jolla Blvd, Rosemont St, and Palomar Ave surrounding the office. When you arrive, please enter through the 6505 Suite Life lobby (using the code texted to you) to wait until Dr. Gabby brings back for your appointment.
